Many believe the best investment in Real Estate today is the "infill" site located in the urban core. 

What is an "infill" site? An "infill" site is a re-development of an existing property that normally requires that any structure located on the property be demolished.  Another type of "infill" site is land currently being utilized as a parking lot.  These parking lot infill sites are especially attractive to investors because they generate income while the property is being held for appreciation or re-development.

Why are infill sites located in the urban core a good investment? Well as Will Rogers said "buy land they aren't making any more of it".  This truism is more profound when that land is "landlocked" in the urban core of a major city like Denver, Colorado.
